Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently hiring a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team at the Wilsonville, Oregon l ocation. We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning.

Job Type: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Part-time (less than 30 hours/week):

Pay Rate : $37.79-$55.42, per client hour. DOE.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Occupational Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Certified Occupational Assistant Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. 
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
