Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Finance Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support financial modeling, analysis, and strategic decision-making across various corporate finance functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting financial trends and key insights.

  • Analyze financial performance, identify key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Support in due diligence efforts during the evaluation of investment opportunities or acquisitions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and enhance business performance.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting software.

  • Knowledge of corporate finance concepts, financial analysis, and investment strategies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and financial due diligence.

  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
